Outsourced Recruiting That Runs Under Your Company Name
Your own recruiting team for 90 days, with the hires delivered.
Outsourced recruiting means a dedicated recruiter runs your hiring under your company name, from the Job Description to the signed offer, for one flat monthly rate. Candidates only ever see your company.
Book 25 Minutes With BillWho This Is For
You run a company with 12 to 350 employees, you have several roles open or coming soon, and nobody on your team has recruiting as their real job. Hiring lands on whoever has the least on their plate that week, so it drifts, and good candidates take other offers while they wait.
What You Get
Your recruiter follows your process, speaks in your voice and reports to you, and you still decide who gets hired.
- Define the role. The recruiter writes the Job Description and checks it against the market before anything gets posted.
- Find and screen people. The recruiter goes and finds candidates, then screens them, so your Hiring Manager sees a short list instead of a pile.
- Run the interviews. Scheduling, prep and follow up keep candidates warm, so nobody waits two weeks to hear back.
- Land your top pick. The recruiter helps close the offer, so you don't lose the person over a start date or a pay gap.
- Get them to Day 1. The handoff from yes to Day 1, so the person you hired shows up and sticks.
How the Three Months Run
- We start by meeting your leaders and Hiring Managers, so everyone is lined up from day one.
- Before the search starts, we agree on what "qualified" means and write it down.
- Weekly interview blocks stay on the calendar.
- Candidate feedback goes out within 24 hours.
- We check in on milestones every 30 days.
- You stay in control of every shortlist.
- Managers give us one hour a week for planning and troubleshooting.
- You get your own recruiting partner, with backup from HR pros, veteran recruiters and me.
Our Promise
We deliver the scoped hires by day 90 or keep working at no charge until it's done.
The scope is the list we write down together before day 1: which roles, how many hires and what a qualified candidate looks like. Your part is simple. Your Hiring Manager describes the candidate who hits 80% of the job in real detail, and agrees to move every qualified 80% candidate through interviews. Your team gives feedback within 24 hours, keeps the weekly interview blocks and keeps interviews to two or three rounds. "I'll know it when I see it" doesn't survive that conversation, and that's the point, because waiting on a perfect candidate who doesn't exist is how a search never ends.
How It Compares
| Outsourced recruiting (white label) | Staffing or search agency | In house recruiter | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who candidates think they're talking to | Your company | The agency | Your company |
| How you pay | Flat monthly rate | A fee for each hire | Salary, benefits and tools |
| Who owns the process | A dedicated recruiter running your whole process | The agency, for the roles they're paid to fill | Your employee |
| Commitment | Three month minimum with Think People.Culture | Per role | A full time hire |
| Best when | Several roles over the next few months | One hard to fill role | Steady hiring all year |
Who This Isn't For
Skip this if you only hire once or twice a year, or you already have a recruiter doing great work. It's also a poor fit if the plan is to keep the search open until someone feels perfect.
If people keep leaving soon after they start, or you don't have a handbook, a pay structure or anybody owning HR, fix that first, or you'll just be pouring new people into a leaky bucket. That's where fractional HR leadership comes in.
Proof
I've been part of more than 7,000 hires over 20+ years, and I've worked with 300+ organizations. Roles fill up to 17 days faster than the market average. If you want the whole method, I wrote it down in my book, Don't Suck at Recruiting.
Questions People Ask
How does recruitment process outsourcing work?
Recruitment process outsourcing, or RPO, means an outside recruiter runs some or all of your hiring under your company's name, from the Job Description to the signed offer. You still decide who gets hired. The full walk through is in How RPO Works When It Runs Under Your Brand.
How can outsourcing assist in the recruitment process?
It puts one person on your roles every day, so nothing sits in an inbox for a week. The recruiter writes the Job Description, finds and screens candidates, runs the interview schedule and helps close the offer, so your Hiring Manager sees a short list instead of a pile.
Will candidates know they're working with an outside recruiter?
Not unless you want them to. The recruiter uses your company's name, your email and your process, so to candidates it's simply your company hiring.
How long is the engagement?
Recruiting with Think People.Culture runs on a three month minimum, because good hires take time to find. Many hiring pushes need longer than that, and you'll know the plan before anything starts.
How is outsourced recruiting priced?
It's a flat monthly rate with a dedicated recruiter, instead of a fee for each hire. Agency fees usually run around 20 percent of a hire's first year salary, and the flat rate is built to come in under that per hire. We go over the exact number on a call, once we know how many roles you have.
What happens if you don't deliver the scoped hires by day 90?
We keep working at no charge until they're done. That's the promise, and it covers the roles and hire count we write down together before we start.
